Since Airforces posted late their conclusions I had to change the vote results and now the only points that get an even results are friendly fire and punishment.
So lets vote for friendly fire here and about punishment my suggestion is that every clan applies its own punishment for the moment.
this way we will test the v1 of ruleset and different punishments and within a few days/weeks we will be able to bring some changes if needed and decide of the best solution about punishment.
Only leaders can vote here as I gave them level 2.
Although as HS and Stealth Shadow didnt vote so far their ldrs need to PM me to get level 2 and be able to vote.
Feel free to also explain why you voted on/off or w/e.
Results :
Airforces = Off
DopeHeadz = On
Fallen Angels = Off
Freakn = ?
High Soldiers = ?
Skull&Bones = On
Stealth Shadow = ?
X-Static = Off

Playing SoF2 1.00 instead of 1.03 is like having windows as Operating System and not installing security updates : either your a newb either you got a hacked version. Same goes for players who dont want to play 1.03 : either they are newbs either they hack on 1.00.

I of course voted yes for the reasons I ll remind :
Friendly Fire is more realistic
Friendly fire prevents noob spraying
Friendly Fire brings more tactics
Friendly Fire brings more team communication / cooperation
Friendly Fire improve every1 skills
Not to mention we have been trying it on skull&bones and freakn servers and it was really best wars we ever played.
So before even thinking about posting no, just try it and you will be then able to make an opinion but please dont vote on something you dont even know.

No for me (you were seeing this coming I know).
And yes I already played with FF on and hated it to death. If thinking that I'm afraid of killing my teammates makes you happy, then you're free to do so.
But we never played with that on and I don't really think that's good to become that on now.

just trying to knwo what are u afraid of with ff on. I mean its on for every1 including ur enemies team. and it improves game A LOT. We r plauying scrim snb vs Xstatic right now with FF on and it owns. Paulo (creator) left after we captured 1st flag cuz it was giving him a nice excuse but preny, rudy and mait are still playing.

Punishment : What the....... Hey, Dust, no offense but I'm really starting to wonder if you're some punishment fetishist ; I mean, do we really need to talk about that and vote for it too ? You might think I'm too much optimist, but once we've gotten rid off the cheaters, do you really think we'll still have to deal with people who can't behave in society, which would mean...... any of US ??? That's not a priority at all, and be sure, that each situation should be taken in consideration separately.

glitch doesnt work anymore as far as i could see. About punishment well its sof2 and there will always be nubs breaking rules so if we can sort almsot everything out in 1 vote thats even better. also better to have common global rules but idd if we cant agree only on punishment not big deal.
anyway lets go back to the topic about ff on/off
